What Do ARS O&M Agreements include?
After solar energy arrays are installed, they must undergo operations and maintenance (O&M) to function properly while meeting energy production targets over the lifecycle of the solar system and extend its life. Our O&M Agreements include the following:
Monthly and Annual Customized Reporting
Guaranteed Response Times
Solar System / Fleet Monitoring / Reporting
Service Level Agreement Dispatch & Response
Annual Preventative Maintenance Programs including:
Regular Site inspection (vegetation, debris, structure, roof).
Cadenced Module inspection
Routine Racking inspection
DC Combiner and DC Protection Device Inspection and Review
Inverter Inspection
Inverter AC Output and AC Protection Inspection
Inverter Inspection and Filter Cleaning
AC Equipment and Transformer Inspection
DC & AC Conduit/Fittings/Wiring Inspection
Interconnection Inspection
Solar Generation Meter Inspection
Data Acquisition – System & Component Inspection
Representative Sample Torque Testing
Inspection of Inverter Pads and Foundations.
Complete small repairs and/or provide a corrective action plan
DC String Testing
