Sr. Electrical Estimator / PM
Location: NJ
Job Type: Full-Time
Description:
- Licensed Electrician
- Maintain License Qualifier Responsibilities
- Perform commercial solar project take-offs and estimates
- Coordinate, instruct, and manage on-site ARS personnel on active commercial projects
- Remain current with electrical code requirements and best practice relating to solar PV installations.
- Implement appropriate business changes through communication, training, and company procedures when necessary to ensure all ARS installations meet the highest standards
- Facilitate and work with solar industry existing relationships to drive ARS Commercial Solar work.
- Oversee and manage a comprehensive QA/QC protocol to ensure consistency in commercial solar project planning.
- Review site drawings to ensure proper operation and management of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshooting & oversight of PV system performance issues through others.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Field Service Technician
Location: NJ
Job Type: Full-Time
Description: The ARS Field Service Technician plays a critical role in the growth of the ARS Service Organization. The individual(s) selected for this role will be fully involved in support of our service operations. The position is a strategic add to the ARS Service Team and we intend to fill the position with the “right” person, not just “any” technician.
Qualifications:
- NABCEP certified preferred.
- Satcon, Xantrex, AE and other central/string inverter certifications preferred
- Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold).
- Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, and work on rooftops.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exercises a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor.
- Capable of safely lifting 70 lbs.
- Must have a clean driving record.
