We are committed to resource efficiency and adopting circular economy principles. By promoting the reuse, recycling, and responsible sourcing of materials, ARS aims to minimize waste and reduce the consumption of non-renewable resources across the lifecycle of our products and services.

ARS commits to becoming carbon-neutral in its operations by 2035. This will be achieved through:

• Increasing energy efficiency across our facilities.
• Powering our operations with 100% renewable energy.
• Offsetting unavoidable emissions through high-quality carbon offset projects.

We work with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability. ARS’s supplier selection process includes sustainability criteria, and we engage suppliers to adhere to responsible practices, including reducing environmental impacts, ethical labor standards, and sustainable sourcing of materials.

We encourage our employees to be sustainability ambassadors. Through education, training, and initiatives, we foster a culture of environmental responsibility and engage our workforce in sustainability efforts both at work and in their communities.
